STEP 1:
Apply lotion after a shower or bath, when your skin is clean and slightly damp to help lock in moisture.
STEP 2:
Pour a small amount into your palm (about a coin-sized amount for arms or face; more for the whole body). You can add more if needed.
STEP 3:
Rub your hands together to spread and slightly warm the lotion for easier application.
Massage the lotion into the skin using gentle, circular motions. Focus on dry areas like elbows, knees, hands, and feet.
If it’s a face-and-body lotion, apply a small amount to the face, avoiding the eye area. Use upward motions.
Give it a few minutes to absorb before dressing to avoid staining clothes.
For best results, apply at least once daily—ideally morning and night if you have very dry skin.
